Requirements

Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related field (MBA or Master's in Finance preferred).
Experience or understanding of financial management in large and complex projects.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Familiarity with financial analysis, risk management, and project performance optimization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Leadership and the ability to influence others effectively.
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
Integrity, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to articulate key project messages at an executive level.

Responsibilities

Leading finances for projects to enhance overall performance.
Ensuring project accounting aligns with company guidelines.
Participating in the overall project management process alongside Project Managers.
Partnering with the Project Manager to ensure financial strategy success.
Providing financial analysis, advice, and guidance to support project decision-making.
Analyzing execution performance and proposing action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, including tax and statutory accounts.
Coaching the Finance Project Manager community to implement agility, simplification, and efficiency.
Articulating project performance and financial insights at the executive level.
