About The Position

The Finance Project Manager leads cross‑functional financial initiatives that improve financial insight, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. This role combines project management discipline with strong financial acumen to drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial operations.
Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
Track project spend and provide actionable insight to stakeholders.
Lead end‑to-end financial projects including process automation, reporting enhancements, integrations, and compliance initiatives.
Develop plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and cost‑benefit analyses to support project decisions and business cases.
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and business units to align financial projects with corporate strategy.
Monitor financial performance of projects, assessing ROI, budget adherence, risk and long‑term financial impact.
Serve as liaison between finance teams and cross‑functional partners.
Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership through presentations and dashboards.
Facilitate meetings and decision‑making sessions to ensure alignment and accountability.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement best practices, and improve data quality and integrity.
Support compliance initiatives with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Define project governance frameworks and standardized practices within the finance organization.
