The Air Dominance Portfolio is seeing a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Program Controls Analyst to join the AMRAAM Sustainment team. This role offers a growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to work closely with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Finance Leadership, and Operations Supply Chain (OSC). The Financial Program Controls Analyst will play a critical role in the setup and execution of multiple contracts. Key responsibilities include providing essential financial oversight and guidance to ensure program success. You must be able to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement experience
  • Experience with MS Office, ex. Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups and/or conditional formatting, etc)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key member of the finance team and will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis
  • Help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position
  • Perform quarterly estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimate, and utilize other metrics and tools
  • Complete monthly CDRLs with a quick turnaround time in order to meet customer deadlines
  • Ensure the successful execution of the program.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis
  • Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership
  • Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE)
  • Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
  • Support FP&A monthly cadence as needed
