Finance Product and Transformation Data Curation Lead

About the position

As a Data Curation Lead, within the Finance Product and Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into meaningful insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build flexible data structures and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead data design sessions with Finance, Modeling, and Product teams to build flexible data structures.
• Design and develop analytical data models for analytics solutions and machine learning models.
• Design and build a data quality framework.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with model implementation teams for online implementation of predictive models.
• Mentor team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Analytics, 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Broad expertise in data technologies, including data warehousing, ETL, and data quality concepts.
• Experience with deploying enterprise-level machine learning models.
• Technical understanding of Databricks and Systems, such as Hadoop, Teradata, and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling techniques and tools.
• Python and PySpark experience, as well as excellent command of SQL.

• Experience with unstructured data and business intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to build consensus among diverse points of view.
