Requirements

Ability to quickly adapt and succeed through streamlined onboarding.
2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year in finance (compensation based on experience).
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player.
Ability to interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete the pre‑employment screening process.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their financing needs by securing competitive rate quotes, working with lenders, and presenting loan terms clearly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners.
Present and sell aftermarket products (extended warranties, GAP, protection plans) to drive profitability and support customer satisfaction.
Accurately complete all finance documentation and ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
