About The Position

EGYM is seeking a Finance Transformation & Optimization Analyst to lead the evolution of our North American financial operations. Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA is a plus but not required).
  • You bring at least 2 years of Accounting/Finance experience, preferably in a corporate, international, or high-growth environment or with a heavy emphasis on financial systems, process improvement, or audit.
  • You have the confidence to work independently but also comfortably as a member of a team.
  • You have strong excel skills (think: pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization).
  • You show excellent organizational, time management and follow through skills.
  • You don’t just report errors; you find the root cause and build a system to prevent them from happening again.
  • You have a strong ability to translate complex financial technicalities into clear instructions for global stakeholders.
  • You are able to work onsite at our Denver, CO office 2-3 days per week.

  • MBA and/or CPA is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the North American Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kendox and Rydoo, managing document archiving, workflow automation, and system optimization.
  • You will lead the integration of new business streams and transactions into our core accounting framework, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting accuracy.
  • You will proactively identify bottlenecks in the financial cycle and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency and data integrity.
  • You will oversee the Accounts Payable lifecycle, ensuring high-volume processing is handled with precision while looking for opportunities to automate manual entry.
  • You will prepare the N.A. market for external audits by developing robust documentation, executing internal control procedures, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP.
  • You will partner with EGYM Global Teams to align North American processes with group-level financial technology initiatives and consolidation requirements.
  • You will act as the lead for ad-hoc transformation projects, ranging from ERP enhancements to new software implementations.
