About The Position
Join the Murfreesboro Manufacturing Site as the Financial Operations Manager. In this role you will collaborate with peers to achieve plant goals, partner with plant operations to support business results and the plant mission, support a strong fiduciary environment, analyze metrics and reporting, and provide business insights. The Murfreesboro facility makes Pillsbury Canned Dough, Refrigerated Cookies, Toaster Strudel, Toaster Scrambles, and Frozen Pie Crusts in a non-union plant with 850 employees. As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll gain significant Cross-Functional Team Leadership and People Management experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to Govern and/or Execute Control Activities by overseeing critical month/year-end SOX compliance actions.
