About The Position

The Finance Planning & Analysis Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, optimizing processes, and supporting the organization's growth. Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial planning and analysis sector
  • Demonstrated proficiency in forecasting and modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
