Requirements

• Experience with general corporate skills, including corporate formation and dissolution.

• Familiarity with EDGAR and electronic database research.

• Experience in investment adviser and mutual fund formations.
• Knowledge of proxy statements and annual updates of prospectuses.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in filings, investment adviser and mutual fund formations and registrations.
• Conduct corporate formation, dissolution, board resolutions, and board minutes preparation.
• Proofread prospectuses, board minutes, forms, and other legal documents.
• Conduct EDGAR and other electronic database research.
