The Finance & Operations Lead is a hands-on role responsible for managing and executing the company’s day-to-day financial operations, payroll processing, expense reporting, HR administration support, and government contract financial compliance. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
