About The Position

This is not a support role. It's a thinking role. We're looking for someone who enjoys making sense of numbers, bringing order to complexity, and taking real responsibility off a founder's plate. Someone who doesn't just complete tasks, but closes loops, spots issues early, and communicates clearly. You will be working directly with the founder of the organization and have access to investors and leadership across the company. If you're energized by structure, accountability, and learning how real estate and operating businesses actually work behind the scenes, this role was designed for you. What You'll Be Doing This is an apprenticeship style role with real exposure to finance, real estate operations, and leadership decision making. You will: • Work directly with financial data across multiple real estate entities and operating companies • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and internal reporting • Help manage priorities, deadlines, and follow through across multiple businesses • Turn incomplete or messy information into clear summaries and recommendations • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to fast moving workstreams This role sits close to leadership and will grow in scope as trust and capability are proven.
