About The Position
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely. However, candidates located near our offices in Wall Street (Brooklyn, NY) or Lakewood, NJ are preferred, as proximity to these locations may be beneficial for occasional in-person collaboration. The Finance Operations Associate is primarily responsible for the day-to-day processing of accounts receivables transactions and managing the payment collections of customers. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of day-to-day accounts receivable transactions and procedures, payment collections from clients and the processing, verifying, posting, and reporting of financial data for the use in maintaining accurate accounting records. This role will also be responsible for assisting with month end journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining balance sheet schedules.
