About The Position
The Finance Operations Analyst at AARP Foundation plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and managing grant administration from application to disbursement. This position is essential for supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans, as well as assisting in various financial management activities such as budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The analyst will oversee operational tasks to ensure efficient functioning within the organization. Additionally, this role serves as the central point of contact for information management for the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) field staff across 18 states and Puerto Rico. This includes coordinating communication, managing data, and providing essential support to ensure effective service delivery. The Finance Operations Analyst is integral to the Foundation, providing comprehensive support to its leadership and management teams, thereby fostering resilience and advancing equity for vulnerable individuals over 50.
