About The Position

We're seeking a systems-savvy and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to strengthen our finance team. You'll ensure that financial workflows-spanning billing, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting-run efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong analytical, systems, and process skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll work across teams to improve visibility into company spend, manufacturing costs, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial operations or a related analytical role.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Deltek, SAP).
• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support financial workflows across billing, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Reconcile financial data across ERP and operational systems for accuracy.
• Analyze spend and production trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to inform financial decisions.
• Partner with Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement to maintain accurate financial data.
• Document and refine financial process workflows and controls.
• Support projects related to system integration and process automation.
• Track Accounts Payable activity and ensure clear visibility into spend across programs and manufacturing.
• Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to streamline workflows and improve cost tracking.
• Support spend forecasting by consolidating procurement, production, and budget data.
• Provide actionable insights into spend trends and production cost drivers.
