The Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain, Quality (OSQ) organization has an immediate opening for a financial analyst within its Supply Chain finance organization. The team supports the Supply Chain organization in its material forecasting, risk & opportunity management, and financial reviews. The organization is a dynamic environment that affords its team members the opportunity to see the business from a top-down perspective while balancing the demands of accurate & integrated forecasting and managing risks and opportunities as they pertain to material financial metrics. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with many levels of management and various functional organizations. The individual will be challenged to help develop and implement streamlined and consistent and reliable processes, procedures, and reporting in a changing environment. This will include training team members and key stakeholders. The position requires that the candidate be self-motivated with a desire for data analysis and an ability to adeptly navigate APEX/PRISM (SAP), Business Warehouse (BW) or Analysis for Office (AO) and Excel. A proactive behavior to excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills are highly desired.
