Finance Managers located in Frisco, Texas will deliver reliable, scalable, and secure IBM planning analytics (TM1) solutions to deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics by accelerating forecast cycle times and alleviating cumbersome manual processes. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance teams to ensure cohesive solution architecture and seamless integration across planning and reporting platforms. Consolidate and report critical financial and operational information, support internal Financial Planning and Analysis teams, and provide insights to the highest levels of Executive Leadership Team; Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to support data integration workflows for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Oracle Cloud EPM Develop advanced driver-based models and scenario planning applications within Oracle Cloud EPM to enhance strategic forecasting and operational agility. Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics, including forecasting, churn modeling, customer segmentation, and network optimization—leveraging conversational AI to elevate customer engagement and operational throughput. Challenge the status quo and develop solutions that unlock automation and create a better path forward for users and key customers; Support project definition and execution, contributing to scope estimation, resource planning, and implementation timelines in alignment with business goals. Mentor team members and guide stakeholders in optimal tool utilization and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Adapt to evolving business needs, taking ownership of strategic and ad hoc projects as directed by leadership.

Requirements

  • Design and develop enterprise planning applications using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1 10.x), including the following tools: Cognos Command Center, Cubewise Pulse, Arc, and Atmosphere.
  • Build and maintain planning solutions in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Hyperion) suite, including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), EPRCS (Enterprise Reporting and Compliance Service), and EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service).
  • Experience in designing and implementing both Top-down and Bottom-up financial forecasting models within Oracle EPBCS and EDMCS.
  • Experience in AI data driven predictive analytics to provide more accurate forecasting and planning using IBM Planning Analytics for Workspace (PAW).
  • Skilled in designing and developing ETL pipelines using technologies including Snowflake, Oracle, and Azure Databricks. Strong background in cloud-native architecture and deployment pipelines, with practical experience using CI/CD tools for deployment and version control.
  • Experience in scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell to streamline data processing, model execution, and system integration tasks.
  • Expertise in developing interactive dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI, Tableau, and IBM Cognos BI Suite.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, and five years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related, and seven years of relevant work experience.
