About The Position

The role encompasses significant financial responsibilities, similar to those outlined in Sarbanes-Oxley criteria, and may involve multiple sites or major portions of business groups. In this role, the Finance Manager will lead a team of finance professionals, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage department resources effectively, focusing on recruiting, retaining, coaching, and developing team members while considering their career growth. The Finance Manager will oversee accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to established internal control guidelines. Additionally, the role includes leading the annual cost roll process and providing ongoing support for operational accounting transactions. The Finance Manager will also offer guidance on sales, use, and other statutorily required taxes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial dealings.
