The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging strategic financial direction with tactical execution for one or more operating businesses within the Purpose Brands portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role oversees day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of actuals, forecasts, and budgets. This individual will act as a key liaison between the VP and the Senior Financial Analysts (SFAs), ensuring alignment, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables. The Finance Manager will also serve as a primary owner of financial models and reporting infrastructure, and will contribute to cross-functional business planning, performance tracking, and decision support. This role may include supervising one or more direct reports.
