We are seeking a n F&I Manager for our client Sheldon's Harley Davidson in Auburn, MA. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. Requirements

• Prior Automotive, RV, or Powersports F&I experience required.
• Qualified candidates will have a prior track record of top -notch customers satisfaction scoring, demonstrate an ability to organize, and knows how to multi -task.
• We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly, and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
• Foster a customer -centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
