RV Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager The RV F&I Manager plays a key role in helping customers turn their lifestyle goals into reality. Whether that’s travel, adventure, or time with family. Unlike a traditional finance role focused on high-pressure volume, this position offers a more relationship-driven sales experience, longer customer interactions, and a culture centered on enjoyment, trust, and lifestyle focused on family.
