About The Position

As a Finance Manager supporting Hardware Services, you will provide financial planning and analysis support across revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, pricing, and inventory. You will work closely with operations, accounting, and finance partners to evaluate business performance, improve financial visibility, and support decision-making that drives operational and financial outcomes across the Hardware Services business.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis supporting business performance, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience in financial analysis using Microsoft Excel for modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
Experience preparing presentations and communicating financial results to management using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and similar business tools.
Experience identifying data discrepancies across systems and resolving reporting issues through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience supporting hardware, inventory, or product-based operations.
Experience in analyzing revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, pricing, or inventory within an operations-focused environment.
Experience with SAP, Oracle UMO, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) and operational systems.
Experience developing business cases for pricing, operational changes, or investment decisions.
Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Hardware Services, including analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and key performance drivers.
Monitor business performance trends and prepare analyses that compare actual results to budgets, forecasts, and operating projections.
Lead pricing analysis for hardware products and evaluate financial impact across wholesale and retail channels.
Provide financial oversight of inventory activity, including analysis of balances, movements, and discrepancies across systems and operational processes.
Partner with operations, accounting, and finance teams to improve reporting processes, strengthen financial controls, and support execution against financial targets.
Prepare business cases, presentations, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions, special projects, and planning cycles.
Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities to leaders using clear analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.
