Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of Automotive Finance Manager / F&I experience
  • Proven track record of high PVR and product penetration
  • Strong desking and deal structuring skills
  • Experience with menu-based selling tools
  • CRM experience required
  • Fluent with web-based systems and dealership technology
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated history of strong customer satisfaction scores
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and thrives in a results-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Stable work history
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Highline or high-volume dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proficient at structuring deals to maximize profitability and lender approval
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with multiple lenders and financial institutions
  • Accurately desks deals, submits to lenders, secures approvals, and closes efficiently
  • Guides customers through cash, finance, and lease transactions with confidence and transparency
  • Presents and sells F&I products (service contracts, GAP, ancillary products) with strong penetration
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Prepares complete deal packages to ensure clean and fast funding
  • Maintains proficiency in title laws, registration processes, and compliance standards
  • Consistently performs at a high level in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
