The Job: As a Finance Manager you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team working as an onsite employee at our plant in Willard, OH. The Finance Manager reports to the Plant Controller and supports Stanley Black & Decker’s Willard, OH manufacturing facility, which is a key site within the company’s North American operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance; CPA or MBA a plus
5+ Years Finance experience supporting operations
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish Languages is preferred
SAP and HFM experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Supports core financial routines for the Willard manufacturing site, including actuals, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Analyzes and interprets plant performance, evaluating variances and assessing the impact on site results.
Drives cost and cash performance at the Willard plant in alignment with global manufacturing standards.
Collaborates cross-functionally with local supply chain and operations teams to drive financial performance.
Assesses capital needs and supports capital prioritization for the Willard facility in partnership with manufacturing leadership.
Provides scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis in a business case format to support decision-making at the plant level.
Leads and/or participates in performance reviews with Willard operations leadership.
