What Youll Do Present financing options and extended service products in a transparent, compliant, and customer-friendly manner Secure financing through a strong network of lenders while maintaining excellent relationships Ensure all deals are accurately completed, funded, and compliant with state and federal regulations Collaborate closely with sales and management to maximize potential while delivering exceptional guest experience Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism that reflect the Fairfield Volkswagen brand What Were Looking For 2+ Years of proven experience as an Automotive Finance or F&I Manager (VW or import experience a plus) Results driven Strong knowledge of dealership software (CDK, RouteOne, etc.) Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills Ability to manage paperwork, compliance, and deal flow with precision Positive attitude and team-player mentality Special Finance Experience a plus High school Graduate or Ged Equivalent Why Fairfield Volkswagen Five-day work week closed most Sundays! • 2+ Years of proven experience as an Automotive Finance or F&I Manager (VW or import experience a plus)
• Results driven
• Strong knowledge of dealership software (CDK, RouteOne, etc.)
• Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage paperwork, compliance, and deal flow with precision
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• High school Graduate or Ged Equivalent
