About The Position

Gwinnett Place Ford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Duluth, GA. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance to support the dealership’s growth and profitability. We are looking for individuals who can sell extended service contracts and not rely on the reserve to make a paycheck.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and credit processes.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with Darwin, CDK, Dealer Track, Route One

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of financial operations including loan approvals, credit applications, and contract negotiations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
Analyze and monitor dealership financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations and guidelines.
Train and support finance and sales staff regarding financial products and procedures.
Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to dealership leadership.
Oversee collections and manage accounts receivable.
