Requirements
- Bring advanced financial modeling expertise, strong command of P&L/BS/CF dynamics, and sharp analytical storytelling—paired with exceptional communication skills, executive influence, and a proactive, curious mindset.
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights a plus.
- 5-7+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience, ideally in fintech or technology
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or experience.

- MBA or CPA a plus
Responsibilities
- Bring our performance story to life by building sharp, insightful management dashboards and reporting materials that influence decisions at every level—from weekly business updates to monthly executive packages and external stakeholder communications.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the business, digging into performance drivers, financial trends, KPIs, and emerging risks and opportunities to deliver clear, actionable insights that shape our path forward.
- Drive our planning rhythm by supporting budgeting and forecasting across the full financial landscape—including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow—to help optimize resource allocation and strengthen long‑term strategy.
- Own and evolve our planning tools by managing our financial systems and continuously refining forecasting and reporting processes to boost accuracy and visibility.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and elevate the speed, quality, and impact of our financial insights.
