About The Position

Finance lead for the global Growth Organization overseeing a $200 million budget, including global segment teams (Self Care, Skin Health, Essential Health), capabilities teams (CXO, Design, Selling), and corporate functional teams (ESG - Environmental, Social, and Governance). Support leadership (Level 2 and 3) and their teams during forecast cycles and close activities. Foster continued partnership through periodic meetings and reviews to provide guidance and influence strategic decision-making. Develop new ways of working and processes delivering specific guidance and target setting during forecast cycles, streamlining processes between teams (headcount, Comp & benefits planning, Employee related expenses). Build new interaction models with Finance for newly established corporate stand-alone teams. Direct supervision of Sr Finance Analyst, career development and performance review with continuous feedback and coaching. Responsible for Innovation P&L reporting, managing Growth and other P&L metrics (OI&E, Severance, SBC), and coordinating guidance communication during forecast cycles. Requirements

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and one year of experience in job offered or in a Finance Manager Planning and Strategy - Innovation Finance-related occupation.
