Position Overview
The Finance Manager leads the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the organization or specific business units. This role partners with operations and leadership teams to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze P&L statements and drive operational improvements
• Manage accounting staff and mentor junior finance professionals
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
