Requirements

• Previous high volume automotive dealership experience- 60-120 units per F&I manager.
• Proven track record of high performance, achieving industry-leading benchmarks.
• Ability to deliver CSI (Customer Service Index) Excellence.
• Great work ethic and exceptional attendance record.
