About SPM Oil & Gas: SPM Oil & Gas is responsible for the marketing, sales, and manufacturing of oilfield equipment and services. Headquartered in the Fort Worth, Texas area, our US and global facilities enable us to support our customers wherever they are located in the world. Job Summary: Reporting to the SPM Oil & Gas Senior Director of Finance, the Senior Manager Finance leads a team supporting product cost, NPI support, operational support, and inventory and material analysis. This role is the key business partner for our product management, operations and supply chain teams.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cost and new product introduction accounting.
  • Experience in a large, industrial or manufacturing company’s finance function, with a solid understanding of core accounting processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage and grow personal business acumen, challenging the team to deliver the best enterprise result
  • Ability to work well with multiple business partners across the organization

  • Collaborate with internal partners as well as outside business unit teams to deliver high quality business outcomes for the enterprise.
  • Present and effectively communicate product analysis and results to leadership.
