About The Position

We are seeking a Finance Manager with 3+ years of experience to support the day-to-day financial operations of our Family Office. This role is focused on financial reporting, accounting accuracy, budgeting support, and maintaining strong internal financial controls. The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate financial information is available to leadership, while helping streamline processes across accounting and finance functions. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on execution, accuracy, and operational finance support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or corporate finance roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare and distribute financial statements and internal reporting packages
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities with leadership
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and review account reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance trends
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversight as needed
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and reporting requirements with 3rd party tax partners
  • Improve finance processes, reporting tools, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requests
