Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• experience in accounting or finance 3-5 years required
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior Excel Skills is required.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.

Nice To Haves

• experience in a accounting or finance role within a large healthcare organization 3-5 years preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial activities of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organization.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
• Supervise the financial team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
