We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. This individual contributor role ideally has at least five years of experience in corporate finance, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll own critical processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment evaluation that help drive business performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, investment banking, corporate development, or transaction services/advisory (e.g., Big Four).
  • Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, including building and manipulating three-statement financial models, valuation models, and accretion/dilution analyses. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience applying accounting principles to areas like revenue recognition and purchase accounting.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial issues into clear, actionable business recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other ERPs
