In this role, you’ll guide customers through financing and protection options, help them make informed decisions, and ensure every detail of the transaction is completed accurately and professionally. You don’t need to be a car expert — we’re looking for someone who understands people, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs
• Present financing and protection options clearly and professionally
• Guide customers through the finance process in a pressure-free manner
• Prepare, review, and finalize all finance and insurance paperwork
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation
• Work with lending partners to secure approvals and funding
• Maintain organized records for all financial transactions
