Responsibilities

• Provide partnership to RAS to create increased visibility into cash management and performance with the goal of optimizing working capital and strengthening the balance sheet.
• Collaborate with colleagues in supporting RAS’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and forecast processes.
• Daily oversight, management, and performance reporting of cash including inventory reporting, AP, AR, and cash flow forecasting.
• Financial modeling and refinement of 13-week cash flows.
• Support and identify ways to implement improvements to further optimize cash management including working capital initiatives and programs.
• Manage balance sheet forecasting by working with commercial teams, regions and plants.
• Drive the development and optimization of tools for improved cash management and balance sheet forecasting.
