We are partnering with an organization in Alpharetta seeking a Finance Manager to join its team. This role is well-suited for a strategic and analytical finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders to drive performance and support decision-making.
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis while providing insights to improve operational and financial results. This role offers strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to influence key business initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of finance or FP&A experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial results and provide insights on variances and trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements
• Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements within finance
