Requirements

Ability to quickly adapt through a streamlined onboarding process.
2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year in finance; pay based on experience.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player.
Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with financing by securing rate quotes, working with lenders and banks, and presenting loan terms while maintaining strong lender relationships.
Present and sell aftermarket products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection plans, to drive profitability and encourage customer referrals.
Complete all required financing documentation accurately and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
