Requirements

  • Ability to quickly adapt and succeed through a streamlined onboarding and training process.
  • Minimum 2+ years of automotive sales experience and 1+ year of automotive finance experience (compensation based on experience).
  • Flexible schedule with the availability to meet business and customer needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player with a result-driven mindset.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and accurately complete financial documents while communicating effectively with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.

Responsibilities

  • Secure competitive financing by working directly with lenders and presenting loan and lease options with confidence while strengthening lender relationships.
  • Drive revenue by presenting and selling F&I products including extended service contracts, GAP, and vehicle protection, creating long-term customer value and referrals.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all funding and compliance documentation in accordance with local, state, federal, and lender requirements.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth, efficient purchase process from deal structuring through funding.
  • Consistently deliver a customer-first experience while meeting and exceeding dealership performance goals.
