As a Finance Manager you are responsible for finance- and business control along with internal control. You and your team of two direct reports will play a crucial role in ensuring timely reporting of the actual financial performance, forecasts and targets, whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advice, and tools to optimize performance. You will also support with financial performance management of the team by providing business decision support through qualitative and quantitative analysis of business performance and fit-for-purpose tools. You bring over 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage financial closings, provide insightful analysis, and drive continuous improvements. Your experience includes project controlling and supporting strategic decisions through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Additionally, you have experience working in a manufacturing environment, which is essential for this role. You possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, strong skills in terms of tools and systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You have a proven track record of persistent work to fulfil financial transparency and accuracy. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving performance and value creation. You work independently and is confident to question current practices and have an own opinion Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
