It’s time for you to love what you do! As the Finance Manager you have an enthusiasm for working closely with both clients and the sales team to help drive new and used car sales. You are friendly and competitive with strong client service skills and a desire to win. You are skilled at listening, overcoming objections, fulfilling the needs of your clients and team, and developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time. You are a humbly confident team player with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.

Requirements

  • Previous Finance and/or F&I Managerial experience required
  • Must be ambitious, and client-service driven
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
  • Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Meeting dealership sales goals and maintaining high Client Satisfaction scores
  • Explaining features, advantages, and benefits regarding the best financing and insurance options suited for our clients by presenting all options and their benefits
  • Processing all transaction paperwork and ensuring it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements
  • Tracking deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding
  • Interacting with the sales team and sales managers and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Maintaining great lender relationships
  • Engaging in business development and must be a team player as we strive for referrals and repeat business
