About The Position
Ford of Arlington is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This is a key revenue-producing role for a motivated professional who knows how to structure deals, close product, and deliver an exceptional customer experience-while getting paid for results.
Requirements
- 2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year F&I experience
- Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule to meet business demands
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the United States
- possess a valid driver's license
- successfully complete a pre-employment screening
Responsibilities
- Secure competitive finance and lease terms while maximizing profitability
- Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
- Partner closely with lenders to structure strong approvals
- Ensure complete accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Work seamlessly with sales to move customers efficiently from deal to delivery
