About The Position

Children's Attention Home (CAH) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Administrations Manager to lead the organization's financial operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and nonprofit standards. This strategic role oversees accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting while supporting organizational sustainability and transparency. Founded in 1970 as an emergency shelter for vulnerable youth, CAH now provides comprehensive residential care for youth up to age 21. Nationally accredited, the Home's trauma-informed, evidence-based care model ensures youth and families are provided nurturing care and life-changing services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial operations.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll/HCM systems.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and tax reporting.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for leadership and board committees.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, grant requirements, and financial policies.
  • Coordinate audits, insurance coverage, and document retention.
  • Supervise bookkeeper and support HR functions including benefits administration.
