Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Antwerpen Hyundai in Clarksville, MD. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. Requirements
- Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products related to vehicle sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage all finance and insurance functions in the dealership, including loan and lease processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure the best financing options for customers.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in all finance activities.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to dealership leadership.
- Train and supervise finance department staff, maintaining high standards of performance and customer service.
