We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team. Requirements

• Proven experience in Automotive Finance Management (at least 3–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Financing, Leasing, and F&I products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of dealership CRM and DMS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure, present, and secure financing and insurance options for customers.
• Build strong lender relationships and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Oversee deal structures, review paperwork, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies, F&I product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with ownership/management to establish best practices and implement dealership processes.
