About The Position

The Finance Manager at Klein Honda is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the financing, insurance, and aftermarket product sales for vehicle purchases. This role focuses on maximizing profitability for the dealership while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Finance Manager will work closely with customers and financial institutions to facilitate a seamless car-buying experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their vehicle purchases, including new and used cars.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to obtain competitive interest rates and customer financing options.
• Explain financing terms and conditions to customers, ensuring they clearly understand their financial obligations.
• Offer and sell extended service contracts and other insurance products to customers.
• Present and explain all necessary legal and financial documents to customers.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and submit it to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations about financing and insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.
