About The Position
The Finance Manager position at Sugaright, LLC, a subsidiary of CSC Sugar, LLC, is a pivotal role that will work directly under the Director of Finance. This position is responsible for managing, auditing, and streamlining the Accounting and Finance functions within a team of five. The Finance Manager will oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory and cost accounting, cash management, and the monthly close process, as well as the production of financial statements. Additionally, the role involves annual and long-term financial planning and analysis for a manufacturing business with revenues exceeding $700 million and six domestic liquid sucrose manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in progressively senior finance and accounting roles, demonstrating a strong desire to contribute to a growing team and business that is focused on maturing its accounting processes and controls. This is an in-office role based at Sugaright's corporate headquarters in Fairless Hills, PA, with travel expectations of up to 20% as needed. Key responsibilities include maintaining capital asset ledgers, developing best practices for capital transactions, overseeing AP and AR processes, managing cash flow forecasts, assisting in the preparation of annual operating budgets, and leading responses to external audits. The Finance Manager will also play a crucial role in analyzing financial data for accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities, thereby supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
