About The Position

The Finance Manager at Performance Ford of East Hanover is responsible for assisting new and used vehicle buyers with their automotive financing and product needs. This role is crucial in generating finance income, managing loan transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive finance sector and a passion for the industry.

Requirements

• 2+ years Automotive F&I Experience
• Excellent track record with financial institutions
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, quality
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell F&I products and close deals
• Generate finance income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
