About The Position
The Finance Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. Specifically, the position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Finance Manager will have supervision responsibilities and work with deadlines. The position will cover a multitude of accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and support of budget and forecast activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mission-driven, and experienced in nonprofit or healthcare finance. They will play a critical role in maintaining the fiscal health of the organization while supporting its commitment to community well-being.
