Job Description This Finance Manager position will support strategic financial planning and analysis for the Treasury & Payment Solutions line of business. Responsible for the development and management of financial reporting and presentations for business line leadership reviews and decision support. Develops financial and economic analysis and provides recommendations to management based on findings. Supports the monitoring of financial performance and key initiatives against plan and forecast objectives. Works closely with business line leadership and Finance partners to provide insight into key financial metrics and results. Delivers consolidation support for Treasury & Payments Solutions financial reports, forecast reviews, annual financial plans, and capital expenditure financial submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in financial data systems (Essbase)
  • Knowledge of the commercial payments industry
  • Advanced understanding of financial analysis concepts and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages financial reporting and analysis to support business line leadership.
  • Monitors financial performance, key metric results, and initiative outcomes.
  • Performs financial analysis for the business unit and provides actionable insights.
  • Establishes and maintains financial materials and presentations for business line reviews.
  • Prepares and presents financial reports concisely to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Provides consolidation support for financial reports, forecast reviews and annual financial plans.
  • Manages capital expenditure financial submissions and review documents.
  • Partners with the business line on investment financial analysis and tracks ongoing performance returns.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
