As a Finance Manager supporting technology, you will be at the heart of our investments and vendor management efforts. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing business cases and managing workloads across the team, ensuring seamless coordination between business units and enterprise planning. Your goal will be to mature the investment process, provide greater transparency, and help teams work towards a unified source of truth. Additionally, you will bring experience in vendor management and software tracking, ensuring detailed and accurate oversight in these areas.

  • Lead planning & analysis for complex cross-functional programs, working across FP&A and the business, coordinating with peer Finance teams, and business partners to develop and deliver business cases and status updates
  • Own, prepare, and communicate complex analysis to support critical business initiatives and decisions
  • Present leadership updates regarding initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Develop and manage a 3 year software roadmap
  • Mature our vendor management and analytics within this space
  • Foster cross-functional relationship management across FP&A teams and business partners
  • Provide coaching to team and peers
  • Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning
  • 7 years applicable industry experience
  • 3 years contributing to and leading cross-functional teams
  • 3 years making recommendations to and influencing decision makers
  • 3 years prior management or supervision experience
  • 5-7 years progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding or auditing, contract and price negotiation
  • 3-5 years budgeting and forecasting
  • Prior management or supervision experience preferred but not required
